Dr. Gerald B. Healy has established himself as a pillar in medical education, having transformed his department at Boston Children's Hospital into the primary pediatric training hub for otolaryngology across Harvard, Boston University, and Tufts.

Dr. Healy, who earned his medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine, holds the distinction of being the inaugural Otolaryngologist elected as President of the American College of Surgeons. He has also become known for his groundbreaking work in Laser Surgery for children and other pediatric healthcare initiatives.

He is now an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons of England, as well as a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
